Rachael Sarto
MSW, LICSW
Rachael offers counseling for people ages 18 and older, addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, past difficult experiences, and relationship concerns. Areas of interest include neurodiversity, healing from trauma, fostering wellbeing and connectedness, and being of service to people experiencing illness, injury, or disability.
Rachael also offers consultation and supervision for other professionals, and support and consultation for parents and family caregivers.
She loves being outdoors, finding spaces for quiet, and connecting with self and others through art-making, music and movement.

Mark Kaufman
MSW, LICSW
Mark provides counseling for couples/romantic partnerships and adult individuals. He has worked in mental health for 15 years, and the last five of those providing therapy. He draws from CBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and is trained in Discernment Counseling for couples contemplating divorce. Mark's ideal clients often have, or have a family member with, severe mental illness or chemical dependency; depression; or anxiety. He is LGBTQIA+ allied and trauma informed.
Mark enjoys hiking and playing with mechanical things, especially those with two or four wheels, as well as woodworking and home improvement projects.
Mark is accepting new clients. He is currently accepting private pay only, with sliding scale, and in the future will be accepting insurance as well.
Alex Kewitt
Alex Kewitt (they/she) is a bodyworker, facilitator, artist, and youth worker. A graduate of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy program with Body Intelligence, Alex offers craniosacral therapy at Well Within.
After eight years working in the human services field, Alex found herself drawn to study BCST while receiving sessions of her own. Alex noticed how BCST empowered new ways to relate to her body, her mental health and trauma history, and supported her in accessing increased health, resilience and finding resources within herself.
She has also studied and practiced Contact Improvisation and studied other forms of body-based/somatic practices such as Butoh, Yoga, Authentic Movement and performance art. Alex received a BFA in Sculpture and Installation Art from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2013. Alex’s bodywork practice combines skills learned working within human services as well as her art and movement background.
She lives in Minneapolis with her wife and preschooler.
